The owner of this place was upset because someone had stolen the doors and windows.
Saw it for the first time yesterday.
My favourite source of news and information is radio. As a Christian Conservative, I listen to National Public Radio, news and information.
Also the Main Stream, Media News Outlets, ABC, CBS, NBC, and PBS…
I also listen to Conservative and Christian, Talk Radio.
To hear the most details of any story, you need to listen to the last two.
The reason Liberal People, think the way they do, can only be accreaded to the source, of their information.
Or more accurately, their lack of information, involved in most News Stories.
The News need not be Fake, to be misleading. Just incomplete.
More importantly, when I want the facts about the Father, Son and Holy Ghost. I have many places to search.
Jewish writings, Catholic, Lutheran, Episcopalian, Weslyn, or Penticostal Doctrine.
Or the Bible.
To know the Truth of the Trinity, my source must be the Bible. All these religions have a piece of Truth.
None have it all.
You should not go to the Penticostals to understand Jewish beliefs. Or Catholics to understand the Gifts of the Spirit.
It is great to hear all sides, but to know the Truth, you must go to the Source of all Truth.
Seek the Lord. Seek Revelation Knowledge. Always find the two or three Scriptures that confirm what is Revealed.
There is always more than one Scripture that leads to Truth.
The Lord gave us Freewill, and Intelligence, Reason and Understanding.
Seek the Word Yourselves and find the Truth. Man may be in error.
2 Timothy 3:16-17 (KJV)
“All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:
That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.“
Search the Scriptures. Find the Truth. Amen
Simple, concise, a picture

Public Education. A wonderful thing.

I am always excited to find a different road less followed. A joy filled morning. Thank You, Lord

This was the first picture I took for my Neglected Caroline series.
I often wonder, why did it end up here? It was once, a fine working boat.
Did it require more effort and money, to keep seaworthy, then the profit it had generated? Was it the age or health of the craft?
I wonder as I look in the mirror, Lord, why am I here?
The Sorry State of …. ?
Our Nation, our Towns, our Churches, our People, … our Faith. Is self evident.
We no longer believe, what was once considered Common Sense, or Truth.
Wrong is now Right, Down is Up, Male is Female. The list is endless, we have lost all sense of decency, and order.
I came to a realization this week.
The first list is in the wrong order. We are in a Sorry State, first, because of our lack of Faith.
As our Faith has failed, our people, our Churches, Towns and Nation, have lost their guiding principles.
How do we right this ship, correct our course? It will take a Miracle.
“This beginning of Miracles,” we read about in the book of John. Had absolutely nothing to do with the relationship of the petitioner, to Jesus.
Yes, I know it was His Mom. Some pray to her. Most of us just accept that Jesus granted her request, because she was Mom.
That wasn’t why. Mom soon learned, she didn’t have that much influence.
Jesus was once told His Mother and Brothers were outside, and wished to see Him? What was His answer?
“Who is my mother? and who are my brethren?
And he stretched forth his hand toward his disciples, and said, Behold my mother and my brethren! For whosoever shall do the will of my Father which is in heaven, the same is my brother, and sister, and mother.” John 12:48-50
Her being Mom, didn’t bring about the desired result of a few moments of His time.
We hear of her again, when Jesus, on the cross, told John, “Behold Thy Mother!” And to Mary, “Behold thy son!”
What motivated Jesus to answer prayer?
Not family, only FAITH, only the BELIEF that God IS.
It is Faith that Saves us.
“if we be dead with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with him:”
“if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.”
It is Faith, Belief, “that God is, that God will, and even if He doesn’t, we will still serve Him,” that releases God, to preform miracles, in our behalf.
Many wonderful Christian Pastors, Teachers and Leaders, do not believe that God works in Signs, Wonders or Miracles today.
They seem to believe, that as in the days of Eli and Samuel, there are no open visions.
We now have the Bible, so God no longer needs to speak to us individually.
As the body of Christ, accepted this as “Truth,” it became a self fulfilling prophecy.
We end up living a life, that bears little resemblance, to that of the early believers.
Saints, the Lord never stopped revealing Himself to Whosoever will seek His face.
Unfortunately, few of us, are willing to deny ourselves, and seek to please Him, instead of being pleased by Him.
We must return to our First Love. Jesus promised if we believed we would do all that He did and more. (John 14)
Those who TOUCHED Him heard.
“Your Faith has made you whole.”
“According to your Faith, so be it.’
“I have not seen such great Faith.”
“If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed”
“Fear not, Only Believe.”
“If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth.”
Today we do not believe. We have lost the ability to believe in the Miraculous.
We still believe in Salvation, and our Churches have plenty of room for new converts. Yet, no one comes. Why?
Their needs are not met, by our Powerless Gospel. Paul warned Timothy.
1 Timothy 6:20-21 (NOG)
“Timothy, guard the Good News which has been entrusted to you. Turn away from pointless discussions and the claims of false knowledge that people use to oppose the Christian faith.
Although some claim to have knowledge, they have abandoned the faith.“
Paul warned us about, Powerless Rituals and Ceremonies. Services that are so busy, there is no room for the Lord to speak.
We now, only believe half the Gospel.
2 Timothy 3:5
“Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.”
It is much easier to fill our Services, with busy, man directed Worship, than to learn to Wait on God, to deliver His Promise, in Power.
1 Corinthians 4:20
“For the kingdom of God is not in word, but in power.”
Hebrews 6:4-6a
“For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost,
And have tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come,
If they shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance;”
Saints, as His Church, we should have tasted, the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come. We haven’t.
We have accepted the loss of His Power, because to walk in it takes a real change within us.
It is more than being Saved, by Faith.
We need to change, from wanting things from God, to learning to please God.
By believing, “He is, and He is a rewarder of them that diligently Seek Him.”
Do we Truly Believe, Seek and Walk in Faith? If we did, there would not be room for all who would be Saved.
May we return to Biblical Faith. Amen
Oh, to be preserved and protected
An older post- we must learn to please God, instead of asking to be pleased.
Dear Democrats,
I was sadly not surprised, to see your juvenile performance at the SOTU, last evening.
Our last President could of had 8 years of prosperity and peace, instead, he chose to spend his time deviding rich from poor, black from white, law officers from those they protect.
If your policies were not so wrong headed, our Country, would not have needed, Donald Trump to save us from the third world path we were on.
If you can not Honour our first lady, stand for our National Anthem, rejoice for prosperity and low unemployment.
You are a special kind of childish fool.
You lost the Election and I believe last night you lost what little mind you had left.
Say Good Night, and God Bless America.
1 Timothy 2:1-3 (KJV)
“I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men;
For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty.
For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour;
Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.”

Sad story here
In my original post on the Leper, my primary concern was not knowing God’s will.
The Church today, believes God can, as did the Leper, but we still do not believe His will.
Many other things went on in these Scriptures. Jesus had just preached the Sermon on the Mount.
Great multitudes followed Him. The Leper came and Worshiped Him.
Worship:
We call our Sunday Morning Service a Worship Service. Is it?
Worship
Homage rendered to God which it is sinful (idolatry) to render to any created being (Ex. 34:14; Isa. 2:8). Such worship was refused by Peter (Acts 10:25,26) and by an angel (Rev. 22:8,9). Eastons Bible Dictionary
Worship, is a realization of who God is; Our Creator, Saviour, Teacher, Helper, the source of our Power.
We need to stop, acknowledge the Lord, recognize Him as our all in all. Sing Him love songs, Scripture songs, bow our heads, lift up our hands, ask Him into our lives.
Be still, and know, that He is God.
If you looked up Worship, in Strongs Concordance, you would find, one of the meanings is to fall down, to fall to your knees.
This is how the Leper approached Jesus. Knowing Jesus could heal, knowing not, that He would.
Yet, he Worshiped.
Jesus said, He would, He touched him…. He healed him, immediately….
We are Saved immediately, when we repent and ask. We receive the Baptism of the Holy Spirit, immediately, when we ask.
We need to learn to walk in Salvation, and also how to pray in the Spirit.
He heals us immediately, He never ran a hospital, and neither should we.
He was told to be quiet and go to the Priest, for ritual cleansing.
He was too excited, spilled the beans, Jesus, then had to go into hiding.
Matthew 8:1-4 (KJV)
“When he was come down from the mountain, great multitudes followed him.
And, behold, there came a leper and worshipped him, saying, Lord, if thou wilt, thou canst make me clean.
And Jesus put forth his hand, and touched him, saying, I will; be thou clean. And immediately his leprosy was cleansed.
And Jesus saith unto him, See thou tell no man; but go thy way, shew thyself to the priest, and offer the gift that Moses commanded, for a testimony unto them.”
Mark 1:40-45 (KJV)
“And there came a leper to him, beseeching him, and kneeling down to him, and saying unto him, If thou wilt, thou canst make me clean.
And Jesus, moved with compassion, put forth his hand, and touched him, and saith unto him, I will; be thou clean.
And as soon as he had spoken, immediately the leprosy departed from him, and he was cleansed.
And he straitly charged him, and forthwith sent him away;
And saith unto him, See thou say nothing to any man: but go thy way, shew thyself to the priest, and offer for thy cleansing those things which Moses commanded, for a testimony unto them.
But he went out, and began to publish it much, and to blaze abroad the matter, insomuch that Jesus could no more openly enter into the city, but was without in desert places: and they came to him from every quarter.”
Luke 5:12-14 (KJV)
“And it came to pass, when he was in a certain city, behold a man full of leprosy: who seeing Jesus fell on his face, and besought him, saying, Lord, if thou wilt, thou canst make me clean.
And he put forth his hand, and touched him, saying, I will: be thou clean. And immediately the leprosy departed from him.
And he charged him to tell no man: but go, and shew thyself to the priest, and offer for thy cleansing, according as Moses commanded, for a testimony unto them.“
Saints, an older post, full of truth.
My prayer is, you lack nothing, in your walk with God.
“This beginning of miracles:” John 2:11-16
The last time I wrote on these Scriptures, my point was, Jesus’s age, (30), after Baptism, and Temptation. (As a child, I thought He was one also).
He had Disciples, Andrew, Peter, James, John. Phillip and Nathaniel.
He displayed Words of Knowledge, (He knew who would join Him, He saw Nathaniel under the fig tree).
Words of Wisdom, (He changed Peter’s name, He knew he would be a leader).
Discerning of Spirits, (Along with the Word of knowledge, He Discerned who would be Faithful).
The Disciples, had been following and learning of Jesus. They began to believe on Him, AFTER seeing the Working of the Miracle, of Water to Wine.
This was a manifestation of His Glory.
Today, we do not see the miraculous often in the Church. Much like in His home town, we are impressed, when a few sick folks are healed.
While He marvels at our UNBELIEF.
The Creator of all that has been created, and, we choose to believe He no longer does, or will do Miracles.
Somehow, we act as if, the best used by date, has past.
We believe He could, but not, that He would.
One other problem, it wasn’t yet, His time, but, Mom asked, so He delivered.
Some pray to Mary, expecting her to intercede, for us.
Missing the truth, that it is Jesus, who we must rely on. They miss the point, it is NOT WHO ASKED, that matters.
IT WAS THAT HE ANSWERED.
She demonstrated the Gift of Faith. He had not said He would do as she asked, while she told the servants to do as He directed.
He answered, because, HE SAW HER FAITH.
I question if He sees or recognizes, Faith in our lives. Do we act like we believe He will answer?
Do we know His will on the matter? Do we do what is needed to touch Him?
When the Disciples wondered why they could not cast out a demon. He answered, “This kind can come forth by nothing, but by prayer and fasting.” Mark 9:29
We hardly know how to pray, as for fasting? What, Denying ourselves? Not fashionable.
Fasting and Prayer:
The Psalmist, persecuted by his enimies, prayed for them.
Psalm 35:13-14
“But as for me, when they were sick, my clothing was sackcloth: I humbled my soul with fasting; and my prayer returned into mine own bosom.
I behaved myself as though he had been my friend or brother: I bowed down heavily, as one that mourneth for his mother.”
Daniel, understanding, the Prophecy of Jeremiah, sought the Lord, declaring Israel’s sin.
Daniel 9:3
“And I set my face unto the Lord God, to seek by prayer and supplications, with fasting, and sackcloth, and ashes:”
Anna, a prophetess, an old woman, in the Temple, recognized the Son of God.
Luke 2:37
“And she was a widow of about fourscore and four years, which departed not from the temple, but served God with fastings and prayers night and day.”
When you pray, do you wish to see results?
Do you understand God’s will? Are you walking in obedience?
To build His Church, we MUST, seek His Power. We MUST, know His Will. We MUST, Walk in Obedience.
“You have not, because you ask not.”
James 4:2
“Ye lust, and have not: ye kill, and desire to have, and cannot obtain: ye fight and war, yet ye have not, because ye ask not.”
“ONLY BELIEVE”
John 2:1-11(KJV)
“And the third day there was a marriage in Cana of Galilee; and the mother of Jesus was there:
And both Jesus was called, and his disciples, to the marriage.
And when they wanted wine, the mother of Jesus saith unto him, They have no wine.
Jesus saith unto her, Woman, what have I to do with thee? mine hour is not yet come.
His mother saith unto the servants, Whatsoever he saith unto you, do it.
And there were set there six waterpots of stone, after the manner of the purifying of the Jews, containing two or three firkins apiece.
Jesus saith unto them, Fill the waterpots with water. And they filled them up to the brim.
And he saith unto them, Draw out now, and bear unto the governor of the feast. And they bare it.
When the ruler of the feast had tasted the water that was made wine, and knew not whence it was: (but the servants which drew the water knew;) the governor of the feast called the bridegroom,
And saith unto him, Every man at the beginning doth set forth good wine; and when men have well drunk, then that which is worse: but thou hast kept the good wine until now.
This beginning of miracles did Jesus in Cana of Galilee, and manifested forth his glory; and his disciples believed on him.”

Sunday message. Audio. 38 minutes
Luke 7: 11-16
“And it came to pass the day after, that he went into a city called Nain; and many of his disciples went with him, and much people.
Now when he came nigh to the gate of the city, behold, there was a dead man carried out, the only son of his mother, and she was a widow: and much people of the city was with her.
Like David, in and out, among the people. 1 Samual 18:16.
“But all Israel and Judah loved David, because he went out and came in before them.”
Mark 6: 56. “And whithersoever he entered, into villages, or cities, or country, they laid the sick in the streets, and besought him that they might touch if it were but the border of his garment: and as many as touched him were made whole.”
And when the Lord saw her
“Hear, ye deaf; and look, ye blind, that ye may see.” Isaiah 42:18
Many cannot see… Baptist.. prove true?
“He who created us without our help will not save us without our consent.”
Augustine
he had compassion on her,
Moses. Change. – Mark 8:2
“I have compassion on the multitude, because they have now been with me three days, and have nothing to eat:”
Blind, sick, lame
and said unto her, Weep not.
Spoken word… Power… I can do, shepard, fervant, God said… it was so… it was good
And he came and touched the bier:
He TOUCHED, as many as Touch Him.
and they that bare him stood still. And he said, Young man, I say unto thee, Arise.
And he that was dead sat up, and began to speak. And he delivered him to his mother.
And there came a fear on all:
and they glorified God, saying, That a great prophet is risen up among us; and, That
God has visted his people.”
As Christians we are told to have compassion.
Jude 1:
“And of some have compassion, making a difference:“
Have compassion, making a difference.
Jesus said:
Matthew 18:33
“Shouldest not thou also have had compassion on thy fellowservant, even as I had pity on thee?” Peter wrote:
1 Peter 3:8
“Finally, be ye all of one mind, having compassion one of another, love as brethren, be pitiful, be courteous:” John the beloved reminded us:
1 John 3:17
“But whoso hath this world’s good, and seeth his brother have need, and shutteth up his bowels of compassion from him, how dwelleth the love of God in him?”
What is compassion, or pity?
Compassion is,
“:a feeling of wanting to help someone who is sick, hungry, in trouble, etc.
: sympathetic consciousness of others’ distress together with a desire to alleviate it.” (Webster)
The first mention of compassion in the Bible is in Exodus. “Now there arose up a new king over Egypt, which knew not Joseph.”
Joseph had risen to be second only to Pharaoh, and had led Egypt through the 7 year draught, assuring they had food and supplies to survive.
The Hebrew people, 70 at the time of Joseph, grew (in 400 yesrs), to be millions, they were put into slavery, to build the cities of the Pharoahs.
The king was afraid of rebellion, ordered male babies killed.
“The midwives feared God, and did not as the king of Egypt commanded them, but saved the men children alive.”
The child Moses, was ordered to be thrown in the Nile to die. “Pharaoh charged all his people, saying, Every son that is born ye shall cast into the river, and every daughter ye shall save alive.”
Was found by Pharoahs daughter, alive, in a basket.
Exodus 2:6
“And when she had opened it, she saw the child: and, behold, the babe wept. And she had compassion on him, and said, This is one of the Hebrews’ children.”
The first mention of compassion in the Bible, led to the saving of Moses, the release of millions from slavery and want, to find freedom and provision.
“Have compassion, making a difference.”
Do you hope to make a difference in this world, where our leaders, our fellow citizens, do not remember, or they never did know the Lord, or what He has done.
We must: “Have compassion, making a difference.”
The Psalms repeatedly tell us:
“The Lord is gracious and full of compassion.” Why? “For he remembered that they were but flesh; a wind that passeth away, and cometh not again.”
Jesus, our example:
“Jesus went forth, and saw a great multitude, and was moved with compassion toward them, and he healed their sick.”
“Jesus had compassion on them, and touched their eyes: and immediately their eyes received sight, and they followed him.”
“Jesus, moved with compassion, put forth his hand, and touched him, and saith unto him, I will; be thou clean.”
Lamentations 3:22
“It is of the Lord’s mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not.”
“When Jesus saw the multitudes, he was moved with compassion on them, because they fainted, and were scattered abroad, as sheep having no shepherd.”
” Jesus called his disciples unto him, and said, I have compassion on the multitude, because they continue with me now three days, and have nothing to eat: and I will not send them away fasting, lest they faint in the way.”
CHECK THIS OUT:
“I have compassion on the multitude, because they have now been with me three days, and have nothing to eat:”
Three days with Jesus, nothing to eat. (Try keeping the flock in church beyond noon… lol).
Moses was on the mountain, twice for forty days and nights, no food or water, the 5,000 and 7,000, with Jesus, three days, nothing to eat.
How can this be? He had his disciples feed the crowds with a few fishes and loaves of bread, before He sent them away.
He told Peter, and us, through him, “To Feed My Sheep.”
Yes, He had the fed, physical food, but He had been feeding them Spiritual food, for three days… no complaints of hunger, they were filled with the presence of Jesus.
That is our calling, feed the Presence, the Life, the Power of the Risen Christ. A God whose “compassions fail not.”
Heal the sick, feed the hungry, (spiritual food), raise the dead, those who know not Christ, by introducing them, open the eyes of the blind, make the lame to walk.
That is the charge we have been given, in John 14, Jesus said:
“Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.
And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it.”
How do we get to the place, where, “Haveing compassion, makes a difference” really works?
Learn to live at the feet of Jesus, wear His Yoke, Do His Will, WALK WITH HIM.
Then we would find the reality of Psalms 65:4, fulfilled:
“Blessed is the man whom thou choosest, and causest to approach unto thee, that he may dwell in thy courts: we shall be satisfied with the goodness of thy house, even of thy holy temple.”
The Lord choose you, and you invited Him into your heart. He caused, (allowed you), to be as close as you desire, to His heart. To receive His many blessings.
We can dwell in His courts, right outside the Holy of Holies, free to enter boldly to receive Grace and Mercy in our times of need.
We will be satisfied, our (hunger, physical and spiritual), and like the Hebrews, our clothes will not rot, shoes not fail, there was no sickness, disease, hurts, wants or needs, the Lord did not meet. “We shall be satisfied.”
If we would only learn to dwell IN HIM.
2 Corinthians 1:20
“For all the promises of God in him are yea, and in him Amen, unto the glory of God by us.”

Like this cactus, That blooms at and by the will of God, we can also. We must abide in Him.
Do we believe? Walk thou in it. Amen.
