This is simply called the Roman Road.  It is a set of scripture verses that tell the way of Salvation.

Romans 3:23. For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;

Romans 6:23.  For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Romans 10:9-10.  That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.   For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

If you accept these scriptures as truth and pray this prayer,  you will be saved.

“Dear Lord Jesus,

I know I am a sinner, and I ask for your forgiveness. I believe you died for my sins and rose from the dead.  I trust and follow you as my Lord and Savior. Guide my life and help me to do your will.

In your name, amen.”

Now you need to find and attend a good Bible believing church.  Read the word yourself…I advise starting with the book of John In the New Testament.
