I started the day planning to bring Bette to a Bible Study and sneak to McDonald’s for a breakfast burrito. (The perfect food, no sauce or anything needed).

Then I planned to go to church to write a post, and do a FB Live on the first 6 verses of Hebrews 6. (This we not to be.)

My problem started when I mentioned a sore spot on my leg. Bette decided that I should see the Dr. while there, the Doc found fluid in (?) my lungs, and sent me to the hospital.

So this is where I sit, fluid slowly leaving my body the natural way with some chemical help. If all goes well, I should be out in a day or two.

The ER, Doctors, and Nursing staff are as usual, charming, polite, efficient, and effective. The rooms and halls are spick and span, lunch was wonderful, and I expect a pleasant and productive time.

Thanks to Susan, Maddie, and all of Dr. Davis’s staff, they are all first-rate. Thank you for the excellent care over the years.

Well, tomorrow is a new day. I will get a burrito eventually. I might even get to write a post.
