When I read about the early Church, and compare it to the Church today; I wonder, What Happened? Why are we not the same powerful Church?

Where are the MULTITUDES, (Matthew’s term), seeking Him and His touch?

“Whithersoever he entered, into villages, or cities, or country, they laid the sick in the streets, and besought him that they might touch if it were but the border of his garment: and as many as touched him were made whole.” (Mark 6:56)

People, for the most part, do not bring the sick to the Church or to the People of God. Why?

Because we have failed to bring Jesus’s power, grace, and love, to them. We only know how to speak empty, faithless words.

How can we change this?

We need to teach once again the Full Gospel of the Kingdom.

‘Through mighty signs and wonders, by the power of the Spirit of God; so that from Jerusalem, and round about unto Illyricum, I have fully preached the gospel of Christ.‘ (Romans 15:19)

Only by the Power of the Spirit of God, will we see the mighty signs and wonders that the Lord has left us to Build His Church.

We do not recognize the Work of the Spirit in our lives because we can not identify them in the Bible, or our lives.

It would be nice if ‘when Jesus perceived their thoughts or intents, it was followed, (by the Word of Wisdom or Knowledge or even the Discerning of Spirits) (1 Corinthians 12, Romans 12, Ephesians 4)

The Lord left it to us to learn to accept and use His Gifts. We have, in ignorance left them on the shelves, unopened or not tried.

I desire to walk through the Gospel, showing which gifts are used where, when, how and by who. We need to understand what they do and how useful they will be in our walk with Christ.

It’s not just ‘A God Thing.’ It is The Thing God left us to build His Assembly. His Church, His Body.
