These were more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so.
I have been at this little UMC for about six years. I am planted where the Lord placed me. I have a lot to learn and I am learning.
I believe I have a lot to give… They are not receiving.
There is no readiness of mind.
➢ We have never heard that, it can not be true…
They refuse to search the scriptures to see whether Thoses things are true,
➢ They do search trying to disprove the truth.
I believe my time here is done… Lord, help me to be an obedient, trustworthy vessel of Your will. Amen

There is a time for plant and a time for uprooting. My husband and I experienced the same thing. Sometimes I thought Is it me or them? We tried to be transparent and model humility but they just wondered what was wrong with us.
Lots of needless conflict because there was no heart to learn or yield or long for building bridges. We prayed to be whole. To be and receive all the Lord has for us. Then the time came to leave and the Lord lead us to The Vineyard of Anaheim. We felt immediately we arrived home. There is a time for tearing and a time for repairing. May this be your season of repairing!
