The Holy Spirit, the Spirit of God, the Spirit of the Lord, the Holy Ghost. All titles that we commonly use to describe the third person of the Trinity. If you have already read the Spirit of God and the Spirit of the Lord you have probably seen that we might need to take another look.
The Spirit of God gives us wisdom, understanding and knowledge, the ability to understand dreams and prophesy. While the Spirit of the Lord gives war or battle attributes: Strength, courage, direction. anoints us to preach, heal the sick, blind and deliver the captives.
So what about the Holy Spirit? Would you be surprised to realize that “the Holy Spirit” is only mentioned by name in the Old Testament three times. We have evil spirits from God and evil spirits from the Lord also spirits of the holy Gods but the Holy Spirit only Three times?
