Enoch and Elijah. ..why them?

Enoch and Elijah are alive in heaven today  (in human bodies).  Why did God choose those two?

The answer is not written in the Word but I believe I can surmise an answer.

In the lives of  Abraham and Moses we find the Lord and God having conversations with each.

In the life of Abram the Lords first encounter went like this:

Genesis 12

King James Version (KJV)

12 Now the Lord had said unto Abram,

When I’ve said,” had said”, it usually means I’ve said it before.   Abram though obedient, was told more than once.

When Moses met the Lord and God:

Exodus 3

King James Version (KJV)

3 And Moses said, I will now turn aside, and see this great sight, why the bush is not burnt.

4 And when the Lord saw that he turned aside to see, God called unto him out of the midst of the bush, and said, Moses, Moses. And he said,

Here am I.

Is it possible that God had set out burning bushes that Moses had missed?  The Lord noticed and God called.

In the life of Enoch there is no conversation,  yet we know;  Enoch believed God is and is a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him.   Enoch preached of the second coming of Christ with thousands of saints to execute judgement.

How about Elijah?

1 Kings 17

King James Version (KJV)

17 And Elijah the Tishbite, who was of the inhabitants of Gilead, said unto Ahab, As the Lord God of Israel liveth, before whom I stand, there shall not be dew nor rain these years, but according to my word.

2 And the word of the Lord came unto him, saying,

The first recorded conversation comes after Elijah does the will of God.   These two men are special because they both walked with God.   They were in tune with the Holy Spirit so that they did Gods will without a special push. God didn’t have to say it twice or wait untill they noticed and acted.

Unfortunately, I seem to need a push, how about you.
