Saved, sanctified, holy ghost filled and water baptized, Jesus on my mind, I found a new life in the late 70’s early 80’s. By 1984 licensed to marry and bury by Gospel Crusade Ministry.
It was not long after that, that I discovered I did not have the wisdom, or grace to deal with God’s people. So I left the ministry but not my love of my Lord. I now make my living by tuning and playing pianos.
The last few years God has given me the desire to actively serve Him again. I play piano in a nice little UMC and teach and preach occasionally.
My hope is that this blog will draw you closer to Jesus. For from the star to the cross, Christ came for the lost.

I admire your decision to leave becoming a licensed preacher to live a life outside of the ministry still praising God. I know that could not have been an easy decision for you. Love the page and the ministry you’re setting purely by example! Such meaningful words reach other hearts at just the right spot. Keep on keepin on!

I once knew a man who referred to his ministry as “My Circle K Ministry.” His vision of how he served was that when he walked into the Circle K to pay for his gas or get a gallon of milk he was open to having a conversation with someone about God, faith, and this being human. And that usually that person was there waiting. He never considered it coincidence.

I can’t find a place to answer your question today, so I’ll leave my answer here. No, I do not believe that is a direct quote from scripture. It sounds like a paraphrase of Jeremiah 1:12 which says, “The Lord said to me, “”You have seen correctly, for I am watching to see that my word is fulfilled.” (NIV)

Hi
I am intrigued by your life and also amazed that you thought things out and found your path in being in Christ outside the organised church.
And again with your passion for finding out “Carolines” and posting pictures of them. Please write about ( if not already done), about this passion and why you do this ?
Thanks again for all your visits, comments and encouragements.
God Bless.

Hi Bill! I totally love your honest About, and understand the not being able to deal with some of God’s people. I “do church” online and TV–faithfully for the past 5 years–because I’m just not comfortable “fellowship-ing”. But aside from that, my heart is God’s only–I crave learning more about Him, and especially love the Grace messages. I was a saved-but-clueless Christian till age 59 (Easter week 2011), when God showed up to offer me the full-meal-deal of an intimate relationship with Him, and Abundant Life. Oh, HE’S GOOD!!! I’m jabbering too much, so I’ll just say, “nice to meet you, Brother–God bless you with His favor!”
